For Sessional Kindergarten (3 and 4 year old), so to Services, Sessional Kindergarten Application Form on this website and fill in the online waitlist form.

When a place becomes available in the age group that corresponds to your child’s age you will receive a telephone call/email offering you the place. If at this time you do not want to take up the place you will remain on the waiting list until another place becomes available.

For Sessional Kindergarten the enrolment process is:

1. Your child must be on the sessional kindergarten waitlist: Poets Grove Session Kindergarten Application Form
2. Receive a “Request for Placement” form via email, usually Term 3
3. Return the Request for Placement form detailing preferred sessions
4. Receive confirmation of offer of a place
5. Return enrolment documents with holding fee (deducted from Term 1 fees)

For Long Day Care the enrolment process is:

1. Register with City of Port Phillip for centralised waitlist
2. Receive an offer of a place from Poets Grove
3. Upon acceptance, orientation, start date and enrolment process will be discussed
