Poets Grove Family and Children’s Centre is a City of Port Philip owned, Committee of Management operated community hub comprising long day care, sessional kindergarten, maternal health nurse and community facilities located in the Elwood Educational Precinct (co-located with Elwood Primary School and Elwood College).
