Strengthening Education Pathways through
Elwood Learning Hub

A dynamic partnership between Poets Grove Family & Children’s Centre, Elwood Primary School, and Elwood College

Maximising Educational Outcomes for Children

Elwood Learning Hub

Research tells us that children (aged 0 to 18) benefit from being educated in their local community. This includes increased resilience, school and community connectedness, and improved transitions between centres.

Our community here in Elwood offers high quality public education from early childhood to Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE).

We work together to help children transition through their education journey from kindergarten, through to primary and secondary, with a strong sense of community.

Elwood Educators and Teachers work together to build cohesive, personalised transition programs and share mentoring and professional development opportunities.
